| As a junior, Tony Washington finished his season with 60 tackles and eight sacks. He started at both tight end and defensive end for Rancho Cucamonga (Calif.) Los Osos. Washington benches 270-pounds, squats 455 and claims a 40-inch vertical jump.
Partial senior (1-3) stats: 36 tackles and two sacks.
He reports a 3.5 core GPA and a 1400 SAT.
Washington: “My speed is good and I’m pretty quick too. I have a big wing span and great football IQ. I’m more of a finesse-type player and want to be more aggressive.
“I’m also trying to get better at getting off the ball. That’s my number one thing.”
