| As a junior Daniel threw for 42 TDs on 3,762 yards while completing almost 67-percent of his passes, rushing for another 18 scores and 1,500 yards in '03 as Carroll fell just short of a second consecutive state title last December. Bench presses 240 and possesses a very imprerssive 33-inch vertical. Holds a 3.9 GPA and scored a 22 on the ACT.
Coach's Comments: "He's a great blend of passer and runner and he's very intelligent," Dodge said. "He's also a tremendous competitor and he has a great leadership style. He's just a great athlete with speed, power and accuracy, plus he has a good swagger to him."
Daniel: "I see the defense well and I analyze what they are doing. I have a good blend of rushing and passing. I don't do one thing better. I'd like to improve my footwork and accuracy."
