Bell waiting on offer from Mizzou Tigers Premium Story

Numerous offers have gone out over the last couple of weeks to Texas athletes from the Missouri Tigers. So many in fact, some of the athletes are just finding out. Despite all the offers there are still several top prospects that are waiting on offers from Mizzou. One such prospect is Sugarland's Josh Bell.
