James Franklin is a 6 foot 2, 223 pound quarterback out of Lake Dallas,Texas. Last year Franklin threw for 2,452 yards and 24 touchdowns while completing 68% of his passes. Does Franklin have an offer, could one be coming this week? Franklin will make the trip to Columbia March 13th to check things out.
