Once believed to be a heavy Kansas State lean, Harper has examined dozens of schools and slowly pared his list. At times, it seemed Missouri was a lonsghot. At others, that hasn’t at all been the case. Harper recently took his official visit to MU and also received a new, eye-opening offer. Here’s the latest:
