Waters no longer committed to Mizzou

One of Missouri's five commitments decided to reopened his recruitment this past Monday.

Texas tight end Eric Waters from Mansfield Summit High School confirmed with InsideMizzou.com Tuesday night about his decision.

"Yes sir I'm no longer committed to Missouri," Waters said. "They are still on top of my list, but I want to explore other options."

According to Waters, he wanted to check out other schools, he called the Missouri coaching staff Monday to inform them of the news.

"They weren't happy, but I think they understood," Waters said. "I told them they are still very high on my list."

Currently Waters has offers from Baylor, Kansas and Missouri.
