Big Guard Gives Missouri Update

The Missouri Tigers basketball program is out recruiting multiple players to have options for their 2014 class to help them improve upon their season which ended with an NIT loss this year. ShowMeMizzou.com has the latest on a guard with local ties considering Mizzou.

Recently, ShowMeMizzou.com checked in with St. Louis-area native and Missouri offer, 2014 SG prospect Patrick McCaw  6'5"  175, who currently attends Montrose Christian High School in Rockville (MD).    McCaw talked about his interest in Missouri, and he updated us on his recruitment.

"I've been talking to Coach Fuller a lot lately,"    said McCaw.      "I'm definitely considering Missouri.    I've always liked Missouri as a program.    It's a great coaching staff.    The SEC is a tough conference.      And Coach Haith and the coaching staff are really great.    So, I'm definitely considering Missouri."

McCaw is a skilled wing who plays both ends of the court.   He currently holds offers from Cincinnati, Florida State, SMU, UNLV, and others, in addition to Missouri.   He's also receiving interest from Georgetown and Indiana.

McCaw is planning to visit Missouri soon.   He's still trying to work out the details of his visit with Coach Fuller.

McCaw did name Missouri among his top schools, along with SMU and UNLV.

"Missouri is one of my top schools,"    said McCaw.
