Tigers Extend Offer To Texas TE

One of the positions the Missouri Tigers would still like to add to in the remaining spots left to fill their 2013 class is TE. ShowMeMizzou.com has identified a recent offer from Texas.

Missouri would like to sign a TE prospect for 2013, and ShowMeMizzou.com has confirmed that the Tigers have extended a scholarship offer to a very talented two-way, two-sport prospect in TE Gary Moore  6'6"  215  Clarksville (TX).

ShowMeMizzou.com spoke with Moore's high school coach, Dewaski Davis, who said that Moore has Missouri in his top five, along with Arkansas State, TCU, Texas Tech, and UTSA.

"(Moore) likes Missouri,"  said Coach Davis.    "He's going to line up a (visit) to Missouri pretty soon."

Moore also plays LB for Clarksville, and was an all-state selection in basketball, as well.

Coach Davis said that Moore, who's been timed at 4.7 seconds in the forty, and has a 39" vertical jump, is being compared by some to Clemson sensation Sammy Watkins.

"Yeah, he's not bad,"  said Coach Davis, referring to Moore.

ShowMeMizzou.com will have more on Moore later.
