Texas WR Considers Missouri Among Top Schools

ShowMeMizzou.com talks with a talented two-sport athlete who holds a Missouri Tiger offer and is considering Mizzou among his top schools of interest with his recruitment. He will likley have the option of playing college ball or turning to a pro career.

Recently, ShowMeMizzou.com spoke with WR prospect Hunter Jarmon  6'1"  190  Waco (TX) Midway, who said that he's held a Missouri offer for a while.

"Missouri offered me at the end of my sophomore season,"  said Jarmon, who is a receiver and a punter at Midway.

Jarmon also holds offers from Iowa State, Oklahoma State, SMU, TCU, and Tulsa, in addition to Missouri.  He said that Alabama and Texas Tech are also recruiting him pretty hard.

Jarmon is a bit of an under the radar football player.  He's a highly-regarded baseball player who would like to play both sports in college.  He reported a 4.51 second laser-time in the forty.

Jarmon said that he's seen most of the Big 12 campuses, and has attended a football game at Missouri in the past.

"It's a beautiful campus,"  said Jarmon, referring to Missouri.

Jarmon said that he considers Missouri and Oklahoma State to be his two best offers.

Jarmon said that he doesn't plan to make a decision until after his senior season.  He plans to take all of his official visits.

ShowMeMizzou.com will continue to follow the recruitment of this talented two-sport athlete.
